It was characterful base for travelling to Munich, I was glad to stay there. The staff were very helpful and created quiet atmosphere. The breakfast was sensational and fine; included scrambled eggs and bacon.

A cozy stay in Munich
The location is unbeatable-just a stroll away from Marienplatz. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast selection was good, with a range of local specialties.
The absence of in-house dining options on certain days was also disappointing.

The public parking was onsite, friendly service. I had a gorgeous breakfast with croissants and also EXCELLENT homemade jams. I was greeted by a very very helpful and excellent co-operating receptionist who made the stay an excellent experience.

I wasn't ready for this!
The location couldn't be better! Just a short walk from major attractions like Hofbrau Haus and Marienplatz. Our room was modern, clean and surprisingly comfortable. Don't skip breakfast-it's a good addition. The staff, while friendly, could improve on their attentiveness during check-in. A good experience overall!

The location was great!
Did not enjoy the fact that there was no airconditioning as we had a street facing room on the 3rd floor and it was very noisy as we had to sleep with the windows open. Also did not like the fact that there was no coffee making facility in the room.

Location near the opera, Marienplatz, 4 Jahresseiten etc. is fabulous. Staff were exceptionally nice and helpful, rooms are very well appointed.
As others have commented, the street outside the hotel is noisy, practically until dawn. However, the vault-like windows shut out every bit of the noise.
